Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra is a body centered meditation. Literally meaning 'yogic sleep,' yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation that occurs between a state of wakefulness and sleep. A typical practice is experienced lying down and simply listening. As attention is turned inward, deep states of relaxation emerge. Wellbeing is effortlessly remembered.

co-meditation DYADs
Co-meditation dyads are one-on-one inquiries into experience. They are similar to a group yoga nidra, but instead of being guided by a facilitator co-mediations are led by your curiosity. Useful for meeting sensations, emotions, images and stories we hold to be true, dyads allow us to be with our experience without trying to fix or change what is present. This simple act of shared attention and curiosity allows tensions to dissolve.

These one-on-one sessions are designed to meet your interests. They may combine yoga nidra, movement, and, or creative practices and may be stand alone sessions or multi-meeting explorations.
